A session on the application of the Advertising Standards Code to advertisements for cosmetics, skincare and personal care items. There will be particular emphasis on social responsibility and misleading claims. Claire will share a range of relevant advertisement examples. She will also touch on the Therapeutic and Health Advertising Code and when this code may apply to advertisements for cosmetics, skincare and personal care items.
